Return Policy 

At National Cellular, our priority is to make certain of your satisfaction with your purchase, and to grow a mutually benefical relationship. We understand that from time to time there may be a possible need to make returns.

Non-defective product(s)

You can place a return to National Cellular within 15 calendar days of receipt of item(s) without incurring a re-stocking fee. Any items returned within 16-30 days from receipt of item(s) will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee if accepted. Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. All return items must be in new and unused condition, in original packaging, and be accompanied with a return authorization number.

We do not accept any return on special orders unless it is a mishap caused internally. All closeout/clearanceproducts are final sale; no exchange, no refund, and no return. 

National Cellular will directly process returns for Delton branded products. All Original manufacturer (OEM) products are covered by manufacturer's warranty, and must be returned directly to them.


Defective product(s)

All our Delton products have a 60 days limited warranty. This Limited Warranty is only for Defective Products. We are not responsible for any misused, abused, or any damage caused by human error on installation.

Return Instructions:

Fill out the RMA Request Form completely and accurately:     

  1. Download RMA form here.
  2. Fill out Company Name, Company ContactPhone NumberFax Number, and request Date.   
  3. For each Item Number, fill out: Invoice NumberQuantity to be returned, the complete Part or Item Number (Including Model Number Prefix), Reason for Return, and the Date of Invoice.
    Note: No Exchanges or Returns of non-defective products are accepted after 30 days from the original Invoice Date. For defective products, please refer to the warranty policy. 


Send the completed RMA Request Form either by email to: returns@natcellular.com or Fax to: 1-718-567-9076  *Please do not send the request to your sales representative.

Wait for a RMA Number to be issued and provided by our RMA Department via email.
Note: You shall receive an RMA Number within 24-48 hours of submitting the RMA Request.

Prepare items to be shipped:

  1. Sort items by product category (ex: chargers, cases, mounts, wired headsets, Bluetooth devices, etc.)
  2. Safely place products in a box or envelope in which to be shipped and securely seal the package.
  3. Write the RMA Number on the outside of your package. Note: Packages without the issued RMA Number will NOT be credited. No Exceptions.

When the RMA Shipment is received your account will be credited upon inspection of the returned item.
